We start every conversation with the question “How can we help?”. From there, we listen.
At Property Revival Realty, there aren’t many “strict” rules regarding the office. There is no enforced dress code, no clock to punch in and out, and no defined lunch break. Instead, all team members are expected to be responsible for their own work, focus on personal and business growth, and positively contribute to our company culture.
When you begin to work for Property Revival Realty, you are handed the “PRR Playbook”. This book contains information from marketing and networking to giving back to the community. It also describes our company’s values: help, gratitude, and mindset. These three pillars shape every action and interaction that is made within our company. These pillars define our company.
“Begin with help.”
Our first value is “help”. According to the Playbook, “We start every conversation with the question ‘How can we help?’. From there, we listen.” From the client standpoint, this means that we won’t offer you a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead of offering limited services and ending there, we seek to listen to and understand your problems so we can offer a solution that actually works for you.
You can see this with our all-under-one-roof business model. Did you find a house you love, but you hate the kitchen? Do you need more space in your current home? Our real estate, construction, and design branches all work together to help you find and create your dream home. Our talented team is dedicated to working through your problems and finding or creating the home of your dreams.
Within the company, this value is apparent with every interaction between the agents and other staff. Every agent is eager to help each other out, even when the deal may not directly benefit them. At office meetings, everyone sits down and pitches ideas to help find buyers and sellers for each other’s listings. The agents come together to help each other navigate difficult deals and work through unique scenarios. More experienced agents pitch in to help train and mentor new agents. Agents have even pitched in to watch other agents’ kids while they are at a last minute showing or when the babysitter cancels.
None of these are required for agents to do, they come directly from the shared value of helping each other. In a market where every agent is competing against each other, our Property Revival Realty agents never hesitate to assist their team members. We begin every client and coworker conversation “How can we help?” Then we listen. Together, by helping each other and our clients, we help to build a better community.
